All products sold by The Index Co. are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a download has been accessed or delivered.

This is in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which allows digital content to be exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right once the content has been supplied with your agreement.

If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us at [your contact email] and we will resolve it promptly. We do not offer refunds where a product has been downloaded.
